· Ikhabhinethi yokuqhumisa isihlabathi – yokulungisa ubuso (kusetshenziswa i-aluminium oxide noma i-grit yensimbi).
· Isiteshi sokufutha isibhamu noma sokucwilisa – sokusebenzisa izendlalelo ze-primer kanye ne-glue.

2. Ukuxuba Inhlanganisela Yerabha

· I-mixer yangaphakathi (i-mixer yaseBanbury) – yokuxuba okukhulu, okushefa kakhulu ngokulawula izinga lokushisa.
· Isithuthi sokupholisa – ukupholisa ingxube exubile ngaphambi kokugcina noma ukuhlanganisa.

3. Ukusebenzisa irabha ku-Core

Kunezindlela ezintathu ezivamile zokufaka irabha engakaphekwanga enkabeni yensimbi elungisiwe: ukubumba kwe-extrusion, ukubumba kokucindezela, kanye nendlela ye-calendar/wrapping. Indlela esetshenziswa kakhulu kuma-precision rollers yindlela ye-strip-winding (noma i-calendar).

Inqubo Yokugoqa Imicu:

· Inhlanganisela yerabha efudumele nethambile ifakwa ku-calender noma ku-roller head extruder ukuze kukhiqizwe umugqa oqinile, ofana nobukhulu.

4. Ukuvuvuka (Ukwelapha)

5. Ukugaya Nokuqedela Okungaphezulu

Ngemva kokuqina, isembozo serabha siyaqina, singase sibe namatheyiphu, futhi asigxilile. Ukugaya ngokunembile kunikeza i-roller ububanzi bayo bokugcina, ukuqeda kobuso, kanye nokubekezelela ukugijima (ngokuvamile okungu-≤0.05 mm TIR).

Inqubo:

· I-roller elungisiwe ifakwe phakathi kwezikhungo nge-lathe yokugaya.
· Isondo elijikelezayo elihudulayo (i-aluminium oxide noma i-silicon carbide) lidlula phezu kwe-roller ngenkathi lijikeleza, lisusa izinto ziye kububanzi obuqondiwe.
· Kuma-roller anemiphetho (isb., ama-press roll emishinini yamaphepha), i-grooving lathe ekhethekile noma i-CNC mill isika imiphetho ejikelezayo noma ejikelezayo ngemva kokugaya.
